Thank you for those of you who have reached out regarding ParentSquare showing the wrong ERD say this week. We have reached out to ParentSquare tech support to make them aware.
The Early Release Day is FRIDAY, 10/30. NOT THURSDAY.
Here was the response from ParentSquare:
1. Uninstall the app
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall the app (make sure you are downloading the latest version): How to Check Version and Update App [https://parentsquare.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043033132-How-to-Check-Version-and-Update-App?source=search&auth_token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJhY2NvdW50X2lkIjo2NDMzMzYsInVzZXJfaWQiOjM4ODE0NzEyMzE5MSwidGlja2V0X2lkIjoxMjA1MjksImNoYW5uZWxfaWQiOjYzLCJ0eXBlIjoiU0VBUkNIIiwiZXhwIjoxNjIxNjIwMjk1fQ.AvYl1hoUxIrYsCJ10qOI4-wW2aiKfoKnMtWSWz4vlMU]
If currently using an Android device, please also complete the following steps (Skip if not Android):
1. Go to the Android settings and erase the app’s data
2. Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all Apps > ParentSquare > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage & Clear cache
3. Open the app and log back in
