We are very excited to implement online Back-to-School forms through FOCUS this year!

Online forms were piloted this summer and we appreciate everyone who has reviewed and given feedback throughout this process.  

If you already have a parent FOCUS account, simply log into your account (see screenshot below), you will then edit/submit all forms through the portal: 

Please be sure to complete/submit for each of your children.

NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY: Please follow the steps on the attached document to create a new parent FOCUS account. 

District & school staff will be available to help with account creation & form completion at each of the schools' Open House & can be contacted daily by phone, ParentSquare, or email from 8:00-3:00 Monday-Friday. Please don't hesitate to reach out to school or district administrators or the school contacts listed below if you have any questions, suggestions, or feedback.
